potatoes (par cooked and diced)1.5 lb small new

1Heat butter in a sauté pan.butter: 3 tbsp

2Add garlic (smashed) and onion (halved and thinly sliced) .garlic (smashed): 3 cloves, onion (halved and thinly sliced): 1 small Spanish

3Cook until soft ⏱️ 2-3 minutes .

4Add red bell pepper (diced) and yellow bell pepper (diced) .red bell pepper (diced): 1 small, yellow bell pepper (diced): 1 small

5Cook another ⏱️ 2 minutes .

7Cook, stirring, about ⏱️ 2 minutes .

9Start pressing the mixture into the bottom of the pan so the bottom gets brown and crispy, turning the mixture occasionally to distribute the crispy bits.
