  • Italian sausage (sliced, precooked)

  • garlic (smashed)
    3 cloves
  • olive oil

  • onion (halved and thinly sliced)
    1 small Spanish
  • paprika
    1 tsp
  • parsley (finely chopped)
    2 tbsp
  • pepper
  • potatoes (par cooked and diced)
    1.5 lb small new
  • red bell pepper (diced)
    1 small
  • rosemary (finely chopped)
    1 tbsp
  • salt
  • yellow bell pepper (diced)

    Heat butter in a sauté pan.

    Add garlic (smashed) and onion (halved and thinly sliced) .

    Cook until soft ⏱️ 2-3 minutes .

    Add red bell pepper (diced) and yellow bell pepper (diced) .

    Cook another ⏱️ 2 minutes .

    Add potatoes (par cooked and diced) , Italian sausage (sliced, precooked) , paprika , and salt and pepper to taste.

    Cook, stirring, about ⏱️ 2 minutes .

    Add rosemary (finely chopped) .

    Start pressing the mixture into the bottom of the pan so the bottom gets brown and crispy, turning the mixture occasionally to distribute the crispy bits.

    Toss the mixture with parsley (finely chopped) .
